  • If you received an item wrong or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. We will send you a return label and as soon as we receive the item, we will ship your correct item. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.

    There are no returns/exchanges on all wigs due to sanitary reasons. There are also no returns/exchanges on liquid/perishables, cosmetics, clearance or sale items.

    On all other products, for returns/exchanges, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization. As soon as we receive the item, we will refund your account minus the shipping fee. 

    If you return an item without a return merchandise authorization from us, we will email you the option of:

    Returning the item to you at your cost

    or

    Donating the item to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 30% off your next purchase with us (online only).

    For any packages that are refused upon delivery or returned to us due to bad address or cancellation, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.

    If you are located in NYC, same day delivery is available!*  You can also order online and pick up in store without having to pay a shipping charge. We are located in the heart of midtown so if you are in a rush, you can purchase online and pick up without the hassle of trying to find items and waiting on line to pay.

• Wig care guide

  • Wig care instructions:

    1. Gently detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb prior to washing from bottom up. DO NOT brush curly styles.
    2. For short style wigs, fill a basin with cool to lukewarm water and add mild wig shampoo. Turn it inside out and submerge it completely. Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes. Wash for a few minutes. Repeat if necessary.
    3. For longer styles, place hair under running water so that hair is rinsing in one direction. This will prevent tangling while washing. Apply mild wig shampoo and apply it with preferably a wide-tooth comb. Do not rub the shampoo in. Rinse thoroughly again under running water.
    4. Remove any excess water by laying flat on a towel and gently pat dry. Let it dry naturally on a towel or on a plastic wig stand. Do not place wet wig on a styrofoam head as it will stretch out the cap.
    5. Style to desired look when it is completely dry.
    6. Do NOT use heat appliances if it is synthetic. Only use on low to medium setting if it is human or heat friendly synthetic.
